TRACK YOUR ORDER

Enter the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email to see where your order is.

Free shipping arrives in 8 to 10 business days and express in 3 to 6, counted from the day you order. Tracking can take a couple of days to show its first scan after you get the email, which is normal and does not mean anything is wrong.

If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, email support@getwayhome.com with your order number and we will chase the carrier for you.
